Complete renovation of this waterfront property in Gaithersburg, Maryland, just outside of Washington D.C. Guestrooms were outfitted with new lighting, carpet, wood flooring, tile work, wall finishes and new plumbing fixtures. Public space remodel breathed new life into the space with custom millwork breakfast space, meeting rooms, business center, and ballrooms. The hotel remained fully operational during the renovation.
