There is incredible demand for this extended stay property located just outside of Washington D.C. in Marriott’s hometown. All guestroom kitchens were outfitted with new cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and surrounding walls. Bathroom renovations included nearly 100 bathtub to shower conversions, in addition to new countertops, walls, and finishes. Public space renovations included: lobby, registration desk, Gatehouse breakfast buffet, meeting rooms, business center.
